Out of Stock Items

In the rare situation where an item is labeled as "in stock" when purchased but by the time the order is processed the item is out of stock you will be contacted by the Fanellat.com staff to inform you of the situation. You can then decide to either wait for a period of time for the item to be available again or you can choose to get a complete refund and reorder the item later when it becomes available again. Either way, you will be notified of any such situation and will have the opportunity to advise the Fanellat.com staff on what is best for you.

Name/Number Choices

Some items may be available on Fanellat.com with certain choices of player names & numbers while the actual items that are in stock have different names and numbers. We do our best to update the choices you have up front before you make the purchase. If there are any discrepancies between what you chose when you made the purchase and what is actually in stock you will be informed before anything is sent out for shipment.

Other items may have a note attached explaining that the actual jersey number may be different and don't provide you with a choice for the jersey number. This is because not all jersey numbers are in stock and even the availability of certain in stock numbers is not guaranteed. Therefore, for these items, the number you receive on the jersey you ordered may not be the same as that shown in the photo you see on Fanellat.com.
