Shipping Method & Transit Times

All orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (for tracking purposes). Shipments can take between 2-3 business days to arrive.

All orders shipped outside the United States are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail International. No tracking is provided for orders shipped outside the United states. If you wish, you can attach a contact phone number in case your order is undeliverable for any reason and your local shipping company needs additional instruction. Shipping transit time may vary depending on the country, but usually takes between 6-12 business days.

Liability

Fanellat.com will not be held liable for lost or stolen shipments or damage to merchandise in transit.

If your order is returned to Fanellat.com due to an incorrect address (customer error) and we are charged by USPS (United States Postal Service) we will have to transfer those charges to you as well as any additional shipping charges required to resend your order to the correct address.

Shipping for Combined Orders

We currently only allow one product per order if ordered through the website. If you wish to purchase more than one product in a single order, please use the contact us form to request more information. Please provide the country you wish to ship to as well as the number of products you wish to order. Shipping discounts may be applicable for combined orders.
